EDWARDIAN MR GOREY REDUCED
Reduced due to a very slight imperfection (line of mouth faint line where mouth was rubbed out and redone has come through very slightly during the firing process, its not very noticeable hence I have reduced this vase. Never the less he a fab character and looks great with some blooms!)
One of my' Bloomin' Bastard character earthenware vases. These are the more edgy vases compared to my 'Bloomin' Belles'
The making of my vase 'Edwardian Mr Gorey' has been inspired by the Edwardian era and the famous writer & illustrator Edward Gorey whom illustrates ink drawings of characters in slightly unsettling scenes.
This unique and individual vase is made from Earthenware, it is hand decorated with underglaze and finished with a shiny clear glaze inside and out.
