A3 (29.7cm x 42 cm) 2-colour linocut / screen-print entitled 'Scarborough No.2'.
I'm a big fan of the Yorkshire coast, and recently discovered the joys of lovely Scarborough. This is a view looking towards Scarborough Castle from the sea-front, with various buildings/houses and trees and greenery in the foreground.
Light yellow/grey and blue/grey System 3 inks on off-white 250gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of 60, signed, titled and numbered. I created the image initially as a linocut print, and then transferred the image to a silk-screen to hand-print the edition.
The print image measures H25xW18cm.
The paper measures H29.7xW42cm.
Printed by myself at Sheffield Print Club, Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
All prints will be posted securely in a card tube and sent by first-class post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
