Crocuses are the harbingers of Spring in my garden and the contrast between the mauve and orange is a joy after the grey Winter months. I am happy when winter comes however because I feel its time to get my kiln fired up and play with some colour too. Here is a Spring flower that will never fade and will last a long time if you take good care of it (Care instuctions will be sent with your enamel). I have a Roman brooch with blue and white enamel still on it after nearly 2000 years and being in the ground in all weathers for most of that time so its great stuff.
