Silver face taken from a sherd of Bartmann or Bellarmine jug found in the Thames mud by Mudlark Nicola White. This measures 19mm wide by 30mm from the top of the bale ring. Choose your preferred chain length via Options after adding to basket. Bartmann or Bellermine jugs were made in Europe in the 15th and 16th centuries and sometimes lucky Mudlarks unearth a sherd with the bearded man face. Nicola has kindly lent me some face shards from her collection to use for making jewellery.
