The lino cuts I use in the meadow view range were inspired by my walk through battlefield, Shropshire, with my dog wolf, a border /lake land terrier ( named by my children). I wanted the backgrounds to be almost haunting with the bold seed heads contrasting. I love experimenting with different techniques to come up with something just a little bit unusual.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
A totally Unique and original designed lino cut lampshade, in a beautiful clour combination of yellow and grey. Designed and printed by me in my shropshire studio, using the beautiful shropshire countryside as my inspiration. Each lampshade is totally unique due to my process where I hand paint and texturise the background and then use a range of my individual lino cuts in different areas. This ensures that no two lampshades are the same-therefore the picture is a representation of the finished product.
Printed on a heavy weight paper and backed with a fire resistant pvc.
MEASUREMENTS
45 cm diameter x 25 cms h and suitable as a table/floor lamp or as a pendant.(please specify on order).
FITTINGS
The ring is a standard 40mm European fitting which is fitted with a 25mm converter plug for UK fittings. It can also be used with Edison Screw (E27) lamp holders, most common in Europe, simply remove the converter plug in the centre of the fitting.
USA/CANADA.
All of my shades can be made with a standard Ametican, harp and finial(washer) fitting.
