If you like boho, south western or unique jewellery then you will love this Sterling silver Navajo styled ring with sodalite bear shaped cabochon.

The ring base has a handmade twisted wire border made from sterling silver wire. The bear claws have been hand cut from sterling silver sheet and securely soldered above the fine silver serrated bezel which the bear shaped cabochon has been set into.
The partial split ring band is made from 3.2mm D shaped sterling silver wire which has been stamped by hand for added interest.
Finally the whole ring has been given a dark black patina then the high spots have been polished to create depth and highlight the stone and claws.

This listing is a made to order item and can take up to 14 working days to complete in busy periods but as always i strive to complete all orders as soon as possible.

I have a love of all things Navajo so when i found these beautiful zuni bear shaped cabochons i had to create something unique with them. I have seen a lot of jewellers set bear shaped stones in silver and that's that but i wanted to break away from the mould and make the design truly mine. I made the bear cabochon a paw underneath the silver claws creating two designs in one.
I posted the new idea on my Facebook page and the very same night i had several inquires and orders for the new design so i knew that creating something that i truly believed in plus unique was a sure fire winner.
