Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will replace it with another one, of the same type, after receiving a photo of broken product. Please let me know about broken product within 3 days of receiving it. I am confident that you will be happy with my original, hand made ceramics. However, if you want to return an item, I will be happy to do so within 21 days of original purchase.The item should be in original condition. Products that have been used are non-refundable. The shipping cost is non-refundable in cases of returns. No refunds will be made in case of custom orders.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
