Sitting Pretty is the name of this new design from Heidi Meier. A4 textile picture, lovingly handcrafted and created using raw edge appliqué techniques and embellished with free style machine embroidery, which is where the artist uses the sewing machine needle as her pencil!
Inspired by a Buff Orpington hen, the chicken picture shows the hen nestling on a comfortable straw bed, ready to lay!
The textile artwork is stretched and laced, and is sent to you mounted with a cream conservation mount ready for framing. The frame required is a 16 by 12 inch frame.
The photo shows how the chicken embroidery would look framed just for illustrative purposes. Please note you are sent the mounted embroidery only, ready for you to frame.
