I am happy to wrap and send gifts direct to recipients with a note - just specify their delivery address when you check out (I use either special delivery or track 24 so you can follow it round the country to the recipient). I was lucky enough to go to New Zealand and whilst on the south island I had to track down some local jade (a lot of it is imported from Canada). These stones were cut and polished by Kurtis Bell who recommended a few beaches to go looking for jade and other stones on. The pebble that the earrings are resting on is pounamu from Anita's Bay that I was given by a Maori and I'm planning on getting it cut into cabs at some point......

Full description
Tear drop shaped cabochons of rich green New Zealand jade have been bezel set in fine and sterling silver in open back settings to allow the light through the stone and the earrings have been finished off with drop shaped sterling silver stud tops. The jade has a matt finish whilst the silver provides contrast with a high shine finish. The jade is a wonderful mid leaf green with a few flecks of black.

The earrings are just under 2 inches from top to bottom and about 1/3 inch wide (5cm x 1cm).
