A lovely food-safe and dishwasher-proof bowl perfect for breakfast, desserts, nibbles etc or to just look beautiful around the home.
I threw it on my wheel and used my own in-house glazes in hues of the sea and the sky. Where unglazed, the strong stoneware clay has fired to the shade of a white sandy beach.
I often work with my daughter Zanna. She created the charming gull image. Fired onto the bowl at over 800 degrees C, this little birdie will not fade or mark in the slightest. More about Zan's work at www.zannaallenillustration.co.uk.
SIZE
12cm dia, 5cm tall, holds about 150ml.
Nestling inside its own box, the bowl will travel safely to its new home. If you are buying it as a present, let me know during checkout and I can post it direct complete with a note on your behalf.
