Inspiration for my work comes from the idea of finding beauty in the function of simple pots. We all use ceramics in our homes everyday. Taking time to drink tea from a favourite mug or eat soup from an honest bowl can be a simple, background pleasure in life.
I throw all my pots by hand on a pottery wheel and enjoy developing my own designs. I use stoneware for most of my pots because I feel the firm texture of the clay best reflects a rustic influence and the plain style of my pottery.
Most of all I hope people enjoy using my pots.

Full description
A stylish jug in simple plain white. Perfect as a serving pitcher or as a vase for display around your home. These jugs are hand-thrown in stoneware clay and decorated inside and out in a satin white glaze.
Each jug has my own unique pottery seal at the base of the handle. This glaze is food safe and dishwasher safe. Please note that slight variations in glaze and decoration are a nature of handmade ceramics.
