Please enjoy browsing and should you buy a doll she will be packaged in an organza bag. I have been given literally hundreds and will use them until they run out rather than let them go to landfill. Also I have been asked why I don't often repeat combinations of fabric with the dolls. It is because I tend to buy remnant stock where I can, tiny pieces of fabric that are too small for most people to use. So often I have only enough to make one doll. The fat quarter was a gift and I started with that, I chose coordinating fabrics from my recycled stash and toned in her hair. Like many of my girls she evolved as I was making her. Their faces are all unique, I use the same pattern but they all come out different. She has a warm face and the candy pink hair compliments that.

Full description
Tilly is an original handmade cloth doll, she has a hand dyed calico body and has a hand painted face, she carries a little bird and has tiny leather shoes. Her hair is hand stitched and hand styled wool tops and is candy pink. She is made to my own pattern.
She is 16 inches tall by 7 inches wide and is dressed in a mixture of new and recycled cotton fabrics. The dress fabric is a 1980's cotton quarter and her knickers, underskirt and stripy legs are all from recycled fabric. She sits nicely or has a ring on her back so that she can hang on the wall. She has a warm face and she will make a lovely companion.
Sadly because of small parts she is not suitable as a toy or for young children.
