You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
One of my handmade patchwork quilts, designed around your child's favourite things - this will be an unique to you, one-off design. The photos show some quilts made for other customers as examples.
Perfect for decorating a bed or for cuddling up on the sofa, my quilts also make great floor mats for lounging or playing on.
SIZE:
small - 90 by 90 cm or 36 by 36 inches
medium - approx 100 by 120cm or 39 by 48 inches
After ordering, I'll email you a simple questionaire asking about about the theme and colours you want, and give you options for quilting styles, and preferred wadding and backing materials. Once I have had this questionnaire back, I will send you some mock-ups of my intended design.
It usually takes 2-3 weeks to make the quilt once we have agreed the design. I will send an update when it is completed and shipped.
Cancellations can be made for a full refund at any stage.
Your quilt will be made from 100% cotton quilting fabrics - lined with bamboo or cotton wadding, and a cotton print or flannel backing. I machine quilt to complement the design, and hand finish the binding as I find this gives a neater and longer lasting edge.
WARNING: not to be used as baby bedding due to overheating risks.
Care: Can be machine washed and gently tumble dried.
Lovingly made in Wales by me to my own design using quality materials, great craftsmanship and much attention to detail.
