There are so many different types of love.

This vase is perfect for that special person in your life; that wonderful person who is utterly awesome.
Maybe it's your Mum, wife, daughter, Granny, wife, best friend, Aunt, . . . . . . . anyone that you want to send some love too. Or dare I say it, treat yourself. :-)
The vase is stoneware and watertight. The rim has been shaped into a heart and coloured in a gentle pink slip with the same pink used near the base of the vase. The whole vase has been glazed in a lovely shiny transparent glaze.
I threw this vase on the potter's wheel using a white stoneware clay. I then painted on the pink slip, slightly altered it's shape to form the heart before letting it slowly dry out and then bisque firing it. I glazed it using a lovely transparent shiny glaze and refired to 1240C stoneware making it strong and durable.

I sign my pieces with the initials REJM. My parents gave me a long name and then called me by my last!
