Haematite is a very grounding and protective stone according to crystal healers, and is supposed to aid concentration and focus. I thought that the little hearts were very pretty and delicate.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
I normally send your jewellery out by first-class post, which is not tracked - so if it goes astray, we will not be able to trace it. If you prefer me to send it by special (tracked) delivery, or to have it delivered by a specific date, then please email me to let me know. Unfortunately this is a more expensive option!
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Delicate bracelet of shiny steel-grey haematite hearts interspersed with tiny Swarovski crystals and a haematite feature bead, with a sterling silver lobster clasp. The bracelet is approximately 19cm long, but I could add a sterling silver extension chain if required - just message me to ask.
There is a matching pair of haematite earrings using the same little hearts, available on a separate listing.
Your jewellery will arrive, posted first class, in one of Hope&Grace's beautiful silver and black boxes. If you would like it gift-wrapped, and with a special message, please add a note to your order and I will be happy to do this at no extra charge .
Guaranteed next-day delivery, with insurance and tracking, is also available at an additional cost (UK only) - look for the item "Special Delivery" in the shop and add that to your order.
(Please note that if you are ordering for delivery to anywhere outside of the UK, your jewellery will automatically be sent by the Royal Mail's fully-tracked and insured service.)
