Sterling Silver Earrings with Sugilite Jasper Tube Bead

Handmade sterling silver metalwork and wirework earrings with purple jasper bead
14g sterling wire has been formed into 15mm hoops and soldered closed before being stamped to add textured then sanded and polished
Hanging from the silver hoops are 15mm tube-shaped sugilite jasper beads in a very pretty mottled purple and lilac
The beads are teamed with hammered handmade sterling silver headpins and topped with a wrap of sterling silver wire
The silver was then oxidised and polished to add an antique patina and highlight the stamped texture
The earrings are finished with handmade hammered sterling earwires
Rustic and colourful!
