I am inspired by everything natural and organic – especially close up surfaces such as tree bark, rocks, and plants. Whilst concealed amongst these natural surroundings in the landscape, I feel relaxed and at home. I find it amazing to see the changes in rocks and coves caused by weathering and erosion from the sea, bumpy and colourful linear patterns found within fields and hills, and the surfaces in nature where no two marks are ever the same – it is this particular aspect that my ceramics connects to.

Full description
Handmade ceramic planter made from durable stoneware clay and glazed with a smooth finish to withstand frost and other weather conditions, making the planter suitable for outdoor display and use. Two holes are pierced at the top of the planter for it to be hung on a wall, fence or other surface. String could be threaded through the holes to hang up if required. The space inside the planter is quite limited as they are meant for small individual plants as pictured.
A row of a few planters on a wall or fence would look lovely in the garden. Each planter is individually handmade so may differ slightly, measuring approx 20cm across.
