Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Quilled happy 60th birthday card with quilling flowers
A very pretty and unusual card – you will not find anything like this in the shops. This card measures 6" x 4" approx. (about a quarter of an A4 sheet).
A pretty arrangement of quilled flowers and leaves mounted on an oblong panel with the message "Happy 60th Birthday". If you'd like a similar card for a 50th, 40th or any other birthday, just let me know as you check out.
This card will be supplied blank inside. If, instead, you would like your personal message printed inside, please contact me before ordering - there is a small additional charge (£1.00) for this service.
The card will be supplied with a co-ordinating envelope, in a protective cellophane sleeve. All cards are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive with you in pristine condition.
As I make all cards individually, the card you receive may differ very slightly from the photograph. However all cards are made to the highest standards and only high quality materials are used. Sadly my photography skills are not as good as my card making talents and as a result the photographs do not really do justice to the card. You really need to see and hold the cards to appreciate them fully. Please see my feedback for comments from previous customers.
