Hi and welcome to The Old Button Sews, where I sell beautiful gifts designed and sewn by me, together with a range of sew-it-yourself craft kits.
Most items are dispatched within 2-3 working days, and I post Tracked 24 at a flat cost, no matter how many items you buy. (Cards and bookmarks are sent First Class, at a lower postage cost).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Eco Christmas stocking - magical Christmas Eve night sky filled with stars, a flying angel, wandering sheep, Santa and a pink fir tree. With amusing nods to iconic London landmarks such as Big Ben and a skater in the park, there's even a wallaby or two that's escaped from the zoo! Perfect for all ages, this large stocking can be personalised with a name tag - removable so you can pass this heirloom down through the family.
OPTIONAL PERSONALISATION: I can hand embroider the name onto a removable label. Please add the name in the personalisation box if selected.
SIZE - 16 by 22 inches, 9-inch top opening. This is a large stocking with plenty of room for lots of gifts - possibly even a magical fairy tale book.
The front of this lovely stocking is made in cotton fabric upcycled from a pre-loved Cath Kidston duvet cover in soft pinks, blues and greens on a white background. The top panel and the back have zig-zag rows in pink and red on white, from the reverse of the cover. The lining fabric is also upcycled cotton fabric, and the stocking is lightly padded with eco-friendly bamboo wadding.
Finished with a decorative ric-rac trim, plus a strong tape for hanging up.
Each stocking will feature the images shown in the photo, but the exact placement will vary depending on where it is cut from the duvet cover.
Care: Sponge clean or gentle hand wash and natural drying recommended. Medium iron.
