Adorable miniature needlefelt mossy dragon hatchling, sitting pretty on a wood slice.
Mossy dragons can be found living near small pools of water, streams and in old woodland. They are illusive and shy, but can sometimes be tempted from their hiding spots by custard creams, or shortbread.
Dragon is made from dyed Shropshire wool, overlaid on a wire frame and needlefelted until the dragon emerges.
Dragon measures approximately 6cm long and 6 cm high. Wood slice base is 7cm long and 3cm high.
Please note, dragons are functional art sculptures and unsuitable for children under 14 years due to small parts. it has a wire frame and 2mm glass eyes.
