Full description
Inspired by the Moirai, the Fates of ancient Greek myth who spun the threads of human destiny, this piece visualises the subtle, persistent measure of existence. A solitary figure carries her distaff surrounded by flax flowers, bearing the weight and potential of unspun time. Every hand-stitched line traces the quiet boundary between what has been, what is held in reserve, and the delicate strands of what is yet to come.
This piece is hand embroidered on vintage woven fabric, sustainably transforming a fragment of the past into a unique work of art for your home.
The piece measures 20 x 25cm mounted on white card and is mounted within a wooden frame, ready to hang.
