Drawing inspiration from vintage sewing patterns, mid-century design, Regency novels and nostalgic yearnings, I create things that remind us we can live an analogue life: one with a favourite book, a cup of tea and a cosy corner. An analogue life in which getting dressed up to go out dancing without filming it for social media is more fun. An analogue life in which it is an acceptable use of time to sit and watch that old black and white film whilst creating something by hand.
I love creating items that will hopefully become a beloved piece and be passed down as a family heirloom.

I am selling my acrylic yarn stash, and some of my polyester fabrics as although I personally don't want to use these fibres anymore, I know that many people do, to create beautiful, useful items that will have a long and happy life.

If you need a protective cover for a slightly larger book or note-book or would like to prettify a dismal cover, then this striking black and yellow floral cover is perfect.
This will fit a 23cm x 14cm x 1.5 cm book or note pad.
Created in polycotton fabric with gold polyester ribbons that tie to keep the pages together and a matching, stitched in, ribbon bookmark. A cotton 'handmade' label has been glued using non-toxic fabric glue onto the inside back pocket.
Washable at 40 and can be ironed. Check your size carefully before ordering. There is a paper label with fabric details and with the price visible, if you are gifting this, you may want to cut the price out. I have inserted a piece of patterned card to help the cover keep it's shape. This can be cut into strips and used as bookmarks or kept as is for an extra layer of protection.
Makes a fantastic re-usable gift for a book lover or a student with a striking personality!
