Full description
This lino print is named Stargazey Pie. It reminds me of my mum and dad and a little story book they gave me after a visit to the seaside. Traditionally, both heads and tails would poke through the pie crust. It got its name because the fish look like they are gazing at the stars. It is printed on Japanese Hosho paper. Paper size approx 28 x 40. Image size approx 21 x 31.5. Edition of 22 - you may receive a different print number than the one pictured.
Please note, because these prints are made by hand there may be minor imperfections or variations in colour and texture of the print and in the paper. These slight variations are part of the beauty of traditional printmaking. As a result, no two prints are exactly alike adding to their unique character and charm.
This print (unframed) will be delivered in a cardboard tube, posted with the Royal Mail.
