Dyeing my own fibre was always going to be the next step in my fibre arts practice! I love being able to create my own colours and not be constrained by what is available to purchase, and I want to share these hand-dyed goodies with you!

Full description
20g, 50g or 100g of Recycled Sari Silk Threads selected at random. Ethically prepared by my supplier in India and shipped to me in bulk, ready for fast U.K. dispatch.
Perfect for blending with wool in your fibre batts or felting projects, this silk throwsters waste is dyed in an amazing rainbow of colours. Add bundles of these silk threads to your art yarn spins or weaving for a beautiful textured finish. If you have a colour preference please leave me a note at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate you but can't guarantee.
Commercial sari silks do have minor colour run off in hot water crafts such as felting so please take precautions against staining of surfaces etc.
This listing is a for random selection of silk which will be taken from my large supply which I have provided photographs of. I have tried to represent the colours as accurately as possible, however all screens display differently. Please contact me if you have any colour queries and I will do my best to help.
