Dyeing my own fibre was always going to be the next step in my fibre arts practice! I love being able to create my own colours and not be constrained by what is available to purchase, and I want to share these hand-dyed goodies with you!

Full description

Blue Faced Leicester fleece, dyed by Sammy with professional acid dyes. Suitable for wet felting, needle felting, spinning & weaving. Perfect for art yarn or just admiring!

One complete piece as sheared off the sheep, dyed in a beautiful ombre fashion. These BFL wool pieces have so many craft applications and with so many colours in one piece, your options are limitless! Doll hair, curls for core spinning, interesting additions to your weaving, felting projects and more.

Fibre weighs: 29g

Fibre sourced from reputable UK suppliers, from non mulesed flocks.

Professional acid dyes have been used, the dye is exhausted and the wool is rinsing clear, but there could be some minor run off on the first wash or with high temperatures during felting.

This listing is for the exact piece of fleece pictured. I have tried to represent the colours as accurately as possible, however all screens display differently. Please contact me if you have any colour queries and I will do my best to help.
