This hand-turned oak bowl is designed as a reversible, two-sided piece, allowing it to be used from either face. Turn it over, and it becomes a different bowl again-offering two distinct forms within a single object.
Crafted from solid oak, the piece highlights the natural strength and character of the timber, with exposed knots adding organic detail and individuality to both surfaces. The simple turned profile allows the grain and natural features to take centre stage, while the symmetry of the form supports its dual-purpose design.
Both functional and sculptural, it invites interaction and reinterpretation, changing subtly depending on how it is displayed or used.
