Full description
Gorgeous warm fuchsia, terracotta and purple threads are woven into two small panels on the brown cord binding of this wrapped rock and driftwood assemblage. It's a tactile object that invites you to absentmindedly pick up and hold.
A small sculptural piece for a shelf, desk, or altar space- a natural treasure embellished by hand. The vivid coloured threads caught my eye at a market in Turkey nearly 30 years ago and are chosen to pick out some of the tones in the rock.
Or as my 12 year old puts it: this is a rock with bits on it. It looks quite pretty.
