This one started with a question I couldn't stop thinking about: what happens when two curtains from completely different worlds meet?
The outside is pure theatre. A heavy golden jacquard brocade — the kind that once hung in long folds in a grand room, catching candlelight. Baroque scrolls, swirling acanthus leaves, gold on gold on amber. It has weight. It has history. It demands to be noticed.
The inside tells a quieter story. A naturalistic print of birds perched among berries and branches — soft terracotta, sage, warm cream. English. Botanical. The kind of fabric you might find lining a drawer in a country house, or at the back of a charity shop rail with no explanation of where it came from.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

The front panel gives you a glimpse of both worlds at once — the golden baroque framing a window of the bird print beneath, finished with a visible orange overlock stitch that makes no apology for being handmade. The zip pull is cut from the lining fabric itself, a tiny detail that only you will notice.

This bag was made for people who love objects with stories. Who pick up a teacup at a flea market because of the way the glaze has crackled. Who notice the curtain fabric in an old photograph. Who understand that beautiful things deserve a second life, not a landfill.
