Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

We accept returns within 2 days of receiving your order, only if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. 6.3 Custom and Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are crafted specifically for you and may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 2 days if you encounter any issues with your custom order. 6.4 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at j.fauchoix@gmail.com within the specified return period. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and, if possible, attach clear photographs of the item. 6.5 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item. 6.6 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 days and will be credited to the original method of payment. 6.7 Non-Refundable Items: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 6.8 Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. 6.9 Issues with Received Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
