Ethical wool rug made with hand-spun, handwoven wool from rescued sheep.
Measures twenty by thirty-two inches (excluding tassels).The wool used here comes from sheep at The Woolly Patchwork Sheep Sanctuary near Lampeter. A sheep named Flash donated some of the wool. Other wool is from a Sheep Sanctuary near Whitby. The greys, browns and blacks are all the sheep's natural colours. The orange is wool dyed by me with the plant madder.
The rug was woven by me on a rigid heddle loom.
It is reversible and hand-washable.
