Full description
Pure Shetland Fairisle mittens in dove grey and golden yellow. Features a yellow songbird. Ethically sourced wool from the Vegetarian Wool Company situated in the Cothi Valley, West Wales. The wool is dyed with woad (grey) and dyers chamomile (yellow).
The mittens are reversable so that there is a different pattern on each side and they can be worn with either pattern uppermost. The Fairisle technique gives an extra wool layer for warms.
The design was inspired by Norwegian selbu mittens.
Made on a domestic knitting machine (LK150).
Adult size (ladies large/men medium)
Handwash only in warm water..
