Starchild is named after the song of the same name from the musical Ghost Quartet! It's my favourite song from the musical, and I listened to it repeatedly while crocheting. I think her yellow and blue colour scheme made me want to pick a starry name, and she has a sort of dreamy, melancholy look that cemented it. I think she just looks like the type to sing such a haunting but absolutely beautiful song.

Meet Starchild, a handmade crochet clown doll with a lovey/comforter style body. She's about 35cm tall when laid down, from the bottom of her blanket to the tip of her pom-pom!
