All orders are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24, with expedited production time, is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Perfectly imperfect clutch of four ceramic eggs. The exact four eggs you will receive are shown in Photos 1 and 2 (remaining photos are from my 'perfect' listing). These four eggs have been chosen as "Imperfectly Perfect" as the glaze hasn't done exactly what I expected it to, so they are a bit more quirky than the other eggs!
You can choose at checkout whether you want them to come with or without hooks for hanging (hessian thread provided - see subsequent photos). Please note, if you select to receive your eggs without the hooks added, there will still be a visible hole in the top of the egg as per the photos (the hole is required for the glazing process!).
Your four eggs are presented in a paper nest (per photo). Items are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48, option to update to Tracked 24 available in my shop.
