Full description
This is my original 1940s Bush Bakelite radio. Had in my collection for 30 years and in excellent condition . Cant find the original plug though they are easily obtained . Up cycled to this beautiful desk lamp without ruining the original item . Discreetly and neatly wired at the back with new period correct twist braided cable (approx 2M ) inline switch and bakelite style plug (3A) . Lamp extension with vintage style brass effect bulb holder with Edison E27 leg screw fitting (bulb not included) the choice is vast. Superb talking piece lamp. Just as an idea I have another that I have done and I stand a smart speaker behind and play music etc thru that . the effect is great.
