This artwork is inspired by the cheerful chaffinches we see in our garden and in the fields around the village where we live in East Yorkshire. I love to hear their beautiful song as we walk in the Spring mornings and this artwork celebrates that with beautiful Spring blossoms...

Full description
The chaffinch has one of the sweetest and most recognisable songs in the British countryside, and this artwork celebrates both its beauty and its voice. I created this piece with thoughts of early spring mornings, birdsong returning, and the quiet optimism of the changing season.
This print is for those who love the familiar birds that accompany us through the year.
