I love making these daisy lamps, ther are so many processes involved. From cleaning the gourd, designing, cutting, sanding, painting - several coats!
I love mixing the colurs too.
The icing on the cake is the real gold leaf for the centre of the daisies. In this case, i used palladium leaf.

Full description
This homegrown gourd has been carved and painted with white daisies on a cool sage green background. The centre of the daisies have been gilded in Palladium.
This glows in the evenings and casts pretty shadows around the room.
Measures 17cm high and 15cm at its widest part.
Nestled on a 10cm LED wood base with USB port. Light is a warm white.
Ultra stylish and good for the environment.
When lit, it casts magical patterns, perfect for creating a cosy atmosphere.
