Some tins are so pretty I think it is a shame that they get put away in cupboards or thrown away so I make them into jewellery.
Safety information
Tins these days are usually made from aluminium however I cannot guarantee the metal content of the tin as I have not got the metal from source.

Full description
Blue cloud shaped earrings with gold stars made from a recycled biscuit tin. As the design on the tin is irregular each earring is different. There are two versions of these earrings, these with 4/5 gold stars on each tin. They are lightweight and have a curve to them. The gold really catches the light when they are being worn.
These earrings measure approximately 2.5cm wide and 2.5cm in length. Supplied on a card in an organza bag. I do not recommend wearing in water.
All my tin jewellery is hand cut using a jewellery saw so I can make interesting shapes. They are filed to smooth the edges and then shaped as needed. I lacquer them to protect against scratches and attach sterling silver hooks.
The tin I use have all had a previous life and may show minor signs of this however I only use tins in good condition.
Clean with a soft cloth if needed.
