Constantly manufacturing new things using finite raw materials hewn from the earth is environmentally damaging and often deeply exploitative. It is also completely unnecessary!
At BDS, sustainability lies at the heart of the artistic process.
Each unique piece is lovingly handcrafted from second-hand and reclaimed beads. I often have only a few beads in a particular shape, stone, crystal or colour, so my designs grow organically from what I have found.
Your jewellery is presented in a box made from recycled card. You could just recycle the box… but I intentionally left it blank so you can repurpose or upcycle it instead!

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Original artisan jewellery from Beechgrove Design Studio.
‘1210’. A Handcrafted Neon Apatite Stone Bracelet from the ‘Fierce’ series by BDS.
Created using only recycled, repurposed and reused stones.
Ethical and Eco Friendly.
BDS draws inspiration and designs to a set theme, a time, place or cultural movement and produces various works reflecting that in a limited series.
Immediate original designs you can wear, feel and that anyone can own.
Stones Used: Neon Apatite Shards (8-10mm)
Colour: Various Blues with Golden Pink/Orarnage tones..
Size: Medium (20cm)
Weight: 18grams
Other materials: Clear elastic cord. Glass Spacers.
BDS only uses recycled, repurposed and reused stones in the jewellery design.
All packaging materials are 100% recycled.
Comes boxed.

BDS keeps some extra stones back from each design for this purpose.

Yes. Get in touch.
Although quite durable elastics can snag, metals can bend.
Please note if you lose some stones we cannot 100% guarantee replacements as our source materials are recycled and numbers can be limited. Please get in touch first.
