You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Custom and personalised orders Most of my stones include options for personalisation. Because these items are made to your specification, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please double-check spelling and wording before ordering. Natural variations All stones are natural and unique. Shape, colour and texture will vary slightly from piece to piece. These variations are part of their charm and are not considered defects. Processing times Each item is handmade and individually engraved. If I need clarification for your custom message, I will contact you via Folksy messages and your order may be delayed until I receive a reply. Damage in transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging so I can arrange a replacement or refund. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, unless I have already begun engraving a personalised design. International orders Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import charges or delays caused by customs processing.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
