Full description
This handmade beaded squirrel hanging decoration is a charming and characterful piece designed to add warmth, texture and a touch of whimsy to any space. Carefully bead embroidered entirely by hand, the red squirrel is created using a mix of brown and pink beads, with playful detailing including pink slippers that bring the design to life. Each bead is individually stitched onto brown felt, creating a richly tactile surface with depth, movement and gentle sparkle as the light catches the different finishes. The front of the decoration is fully bead embroidered, while the back is left plain for a neat and lightweight finish, and every piece is unique due to the slow, hand stitched process.
The decoration measures approximately 8cm x 7cm plus extra length for hanging and is finished with a brown plaited cord. Lightweight yet substantial, it can be displayed on wall pegs, hooks, shelves or door handles and works beautifully in cosy interiors, creative spaces or nurseries. This beaded squirrel also makes a thoughtful handmade gift for animal lovers or anyone who appreciates unique textile art.
This item is handmade in Guernsey. UK orders are sent with VAT prepaid so there should be no additional charges on delivery. Orders sent to the United States include prepaid tariff charges.
