You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns I can accept returns provided that the item(s) is/are returned together with all of its packaging. Returns are accepted on the basis that the item(s) is/are in their original condition as sold to you and have not been worn, adjusted or altered in any way. I will not be able to accept returns where the item(s) has/have been altered/adjusted, worn or abused, or for hygiene reasons where earrings where the seal on the plastic grip bag has been broken/disturbed. Please return within 14 days of receipt and, for your protection, obtain proof of posting. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt, prior to any return. Refunds Any refund will be via your method of payment to the bank account/credit card/debit card you used for the original payment of your item(s) purchased. Although I will refund the full cost of your returned item(s) plus original postage, if applicable, you will be responsible for any return postage costs.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
