Meet Olive and ........... These old ladies are mixed media sculptures, mostly needle felted on a wire frame. Tye are wearing a fabric skirts with woolly jumpers. As you can see they are busy gossiping at the moment, by the look of it! They stand approximately 34cm with long spindly legs and arms. Although sitting down at the moment they can be poised in a standing position but are quite happy sat down on a mantlepiece or shelf where they can enjoy the comings and goings of the house. Olive's eyesight is not too good, although her glasses do help slightly. Olive is also wearing a faux-fur shawl and pretty robust boots, which would suggest she is dressed somewhat for cold whether so am not sure where she got the Sunflower from!
