Full description
I hand made this faux succulent plant by needle felting, using 100% natural wool fibres. The plant sits in a real terracotta plant pot, which adds to its realism.
This requires zero maintenance and is perfect for those who have a talent for killing houseplants, or even cacti.
Needle felting is the process of using specially designed barbed needles to manipulate wool fibres into 3D objects, such as soft sculpture figurines, or into a solid fabric. It is quite a long process and patience is needed, but it is so absorbing and thoroughly enjoyable!
