Each bookmark is made to order. For the Festive season I’m prioritising quick dispatch and aim to finish and ship within 1 day (my standard processing time is up to 3 days). This faster service is available until 18 of December.
By default most of the items in my shop include free shipping with Tracked 48. If you want a faster shipping option, please add a "Postage upgrade" (can be found at the top of my listings).
If you're buying a gift, I can send your order directly to a gift recipient with a small note on a gift tag. In this case the invoice wiil be sent via email. Please specify the gift tag text in the "Note to seller" box at the check out.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A forever rose for cosy homes and gentle souls.
Made from scratch with some felt, wire, hot glue, yarn and love.
Each petal is individually hand cut and softly painted with watercolour, giving the flower a natural depth. Each stem is wrapped in cotton yarn.
The rose stands around 20cm tall and features:
-one large open bloom
-a smaller flower
-a tiny bud
-a cluster of hand-shaped felt leaves
The stem sits securely in a crocheted brown soil ball, fixed inside a real terracotta pot trimmed with a cream lace ribbon for a gentle cottage garden finish.
Perfect as a long lasting gift for Christmas, birthdays, new homes, or anyone who loves flowers that never fade!
Made of wool blend felt, cotton yarn, florist wire and lace. The lace border is removable, but the flower is glued to a pot. The leaves are flexible
Item dimensions: approx. 20 cm in height and approx 14 cm in width. The terracotta pot diameter is 5.5 cm
