I purchased this bottle of wine and was inspired by the label to produce this image along the same lines. I think it is the simplicity of the portrait, coupled with the simple but vibrant colour palette that attracted me.

Full description
Inspired by the "El Ninot de Paper' wine label I've painted this in oil on a box canvas. It is framed with a square nature wood. I've used thick impasto oil paint for the pink and blue shades of the image leaving the white as natural canvas for a nice contrast.
