All crochet and felt items are handmade by me and all wooden laser cut items are of my design. I hope you can find something you like, and if you're interested in a custom order, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss the details.
If you're buying a gift, I can send your order directly to a gift recipient with a small note on a gift tag. In this case the invoice wiil be sent via email. Please specify the gift tag text in the "Note to seller" box at the check out.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Important: This set is made on demand, so please allow up to 2 days before shipping. Each snowflake is reproduced using the same patterns and yarn, so your ornaments will look as close to the photos as possible. By default, I will send 4 assorted designs, but if you’d prefer specific ones (for example, all in the same design), simply leave me a note in the “Note to seller” box at checkout. For your convenience, the photos include numbered designs in the top left corners. Free shipping with Tracked 48 service.
This set of snowflakes is designed and handmade by me using lace-weight cotton yarn and a 1.5mm hook. Each piece is treated with fabric stiffener to hold its crisp form beautifully over time.

Each snowflake measures approximately 6cm in diameter and is made of 100% cotton yarn. The set is presented in a box (13.7 x 10 x 2.3cm) decorated with a white paper snowflake on the sleeve and finished with an organza ribbon.
