I only post to mainland UK - England, Scotland and Wales, using second class post. Please note: I do not post to Northern Ireland due to restristions and additional charges imposed. Full description
This oyster shell hanging decoration has been decorated with decoupage using a charming wodland hare odesign. I have painted the edge in gold paint, sealed it with gloss varnish and finished the decoration with a pretty red ribbon. I have varnished the back so you can see the lovely natural colours of the shell.
The inside of the shell has a lovely smoothness and in places you can see some of the natural colours of it. The shells have been sourced directly from fishermen in Pembrokeshire and would normally be discarded, and they have been fully washed and air dried before use.
This decoration would look beautiful on any Christmas tree, or could be hung elsewhere in the home. It would make a pretty gift as well, perhaps a secret Santa gift or thoughtful gift for a friend.
There will be a discounted postage cost for any additional decorations bought together, and there are other designs available, so you could buy a selection if you wanted - see my 'Christmas decorations and gifts' collection. As each item is hand decorated, the decoration you receive may vary to that pictured but will be the same design. Each shell is also unique so will be a slightly different shape but they are all decorated the same way and look lovely together.
The decoration measures approx 8-10cm in length. It is for indoor use only and is not to be immersed in water. To clean wipe with a dry or damp cloth.
