Hand crafting skills such as drawing, embroidery, knitting and crochet, are a lovely way to soothe and care for yourself, especially in current times. Craft isn't just about the end result, it's about the process of making and the joy of sharing time with likeminded people.
Crafting in a group offers significant mental and social benefits, including increased motivation, stress reduction, and the development of new skills. It fosters a sense of community, connection, and belonging, inspiring creativity, and building stronger bonds among participants. The shared experience also creates a supportive environment where individuals can learn from each other.
Bring your own project or work on one planned by me, with all materials provided (for an additional fee). I plan to cover different craft skills and techniques, mainly paper and textile based. There will be a mix of technique and project based sessions.
Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided. If you require dairy or gluten free, please bring what you need with you.
Bookings close 7 days prior to each session, simply because I have to have a cut off point somewhere. If you've missed the cut off and want to come, just contact me using the button on my shop page and if I have room, you will be more than welcome.
