Immortalising animals in pastel is one of my favourite ways of painting.
I love the beautiful contrast of colour on this fox and those steely sharp eyes.
Working out how to portray the softness and movement of the fur was a challenge, but well worth it.
I decided not to add much colour to the background, so as not to detract attention from this striking animal.

Full description
Foxy Lady was originally painted with pastel. The original is still available on request, but this offer is for the print.
I use a quality drawing paper when printing as this gives a more authentic look to the art.
The print is 10"x8" and fitted onto a 12"X10" mount with backing board.
The print will be sent sealed in a cellophane sleeve and a padded jiffy bag.
