These dainty drop earrings suspended from sterling silver safety hook wires dance gently with the wearer’s movement.
Hand forged from sheet silver and with a subtle planished finish to catch the light and create festive sparkle, the mistletoe leaves are complemented by two opaque green and cream tinted ‘berries’.
In addition to the tradition of kissing under the mistletoe, the Druids considered this evergreen plant a symbol of vivacity and believed it could help restore fertility. The earrings would therefore make a wonderful gift for that someone special in your life and will look beautiful worn all year round.
As these earrings are entirely handmade with hand tools, they bear the honesty marks of such craftsmanship and will not have the immaculate finish you would see on an item from a High Street jeweller. This is because mass produced objects are designed to be the same every time and are factory-finished with industrial machines. With this pair of earrings, you are buying something truly unique and which honours the time and talent that has gone into creating them.
